About the Curator: Helen Davies
A self-confessed obsessive collector of the story well-told, after sitting on the shoulders of literary giants at the University of Oxford, Helen spent 6 months haunting the library at legendary Parisian bookstore Shakespeare & Company, picking up snatches from wandering poets. On her return, her attention turned to the big screen and she cut her festival teeth working for the Birds Eye View Film Festival 06 & 07. Helen is awestruck and inspired by the breadth of talent around today and is extremely proud to help provide a platform for such a special collection.
